We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment or you may be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Please review this cancellation/rescheduling policy before booking your appointment with us.

A credit card is required on file to book an appointment. Cancellations or rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hours of notice will be charged 50% of the service and no shows will be charged 100% of the service.

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled online or by calling the spa. If you are more than 15 mins late to your appointment you will be asked to reschedule and you will be charged 50% of the service fee.

Sick Policy : If you are feeling sick prior to your appointment or have and COVID-19 related symptoms , please reschedule.

** These policies are enforced to cover the loss of earnings from your failed appointment that can’t be filled on short notice. There are no refunds or exchanges on services or products.
